ON DIET....!!!!!!!!

assalamualaikum....

hey uollss....lame gile tak hupdate blog, i keep busy busy and busy. kalah PM nokk, memang takde eyh update utk bulan 9, korang tak yah susah2 nak search eyh.

well, uollz sume taw kan last 2 month puase then raya, memang tak sempat nak update...end of july baru je masuk new sem, so banyak assignment belom lagi kes2 yg emergency + dating, meeting, berjimbit lagi, memang sangat pack la.

so, at this first of october update akak nak citer cket sal akak DIET dek non..!!!! cam tak caye je kan. citer dye camnie, pada suatu hari...errkk mcm citer dongeng, ade la one of my frend + one of guy yg i selalu STALK...!!!! haha kantoi sudah, he's my classmate badan gedang suke promote POLYTHERMAX HARDCORE his name IMRAN...pe bende lak nie, it's a FAT BURNER...!!! disebabkan lemak2 kat badan i nie degil + membiak2, i decide utk beli PH tu...short form ok...kalau tak paham masuk sekolah balik. actually saje je beli nak try kan, mane taw dpt try org yang jual tu skali kan, why not package kot...!! haha. si imran nie memang selalu promote PH nie kat i, since sebelum pose sampai la raya, i'm always hold je, last2 last month i beli jugak. RM170 lagi uolls, ade 120 biji.

that day nak ambik PH nie kat imran nerves beb, haha rse nak jatuh je jantung nie, he such a nice guy, gentleman kot la, always said that i'm sombong, padahal dye pown same gak, x reti nak tegur org dalam klaz dah tu suke dok kat dpn2 xmo kawan dak duk blkg2, hahaha tak padan dengan gedangnye memang penuh la white board tu dgn bdn dye sorg je kat dpn. then mase he came to me that night, he briefed me a little bit about PH, how much to eat that everyday. i bought about 2 weeks before, tapi baru hari nie start makan.

so tgk la hasilnye nanti ek..btw i bukan nak kurus sgt mcm model kan, errkk it's ok la klau dpt bdn yg fit ckit kan, nak pakai ape pown bleh je masuk.

by the time i on diet nie...so imran as my coach approach me not to eat NASI for 3 days...!!! damn it, boleh ke nie...?? he asked me to take more fibre like cereal, then eat much fruit and drink a lot of water..ok coach...i'll take ur challenge...!!!
